It's SO GOOD in Protein shakes! Love it!

It is a powdered peanutbutter that you mix with water. It is lower in calories and tastes pretty good.

I make peanut butter and have it with a small apple. I use 1 tbsp regular pb2 and 1 tbsp chocolate pb2. I really like it. 45 cal for 2tbsp powder.

Does pb2, and pb2 chocolate have protein?

Thank you. I guess I was wondering how many gms? And is it a good product to boost your protein needs?

  • 3 weeks later...

I mix 2tbsp pb2 with water and eat it with a small apple. It took five months to do this but I have this every night now. It helps with constipation, too.

I use it a lot ! all the protein of peanut butter but 80% less calories and protein ! pile it on !
