7 week post op dr visit

Still having good days and bad. Still things on the list that I should be able to eat but can't. Still nauseous most mornings. But everything looks great and another 16 lbs gone. I've had a couple of foaming episodes(yuck) but doing well. I ate at a restaurant today for the first time. It was a breakfast place and I had eggs but it counts. I am very happy with my results I've lost a total of 54lbs since I started this including pre surgery diet(25lbs). If your just starting out hang in there time will pass till your surgery day, if you just had your surgery you'll be okay, it sucks right now but you'll be better. Hang in there y'all.

So happy to hear you are slowly improving! :D

I'm also at 7 weeks post-op. For some reason, I haven't had much nausea. Sorry to learn that you have. You have lost so much weight. Good luck on your journey.

Sometimes something doesn't sit well and you start throwing up but it's just a foamy semi clear mucous grossness. It's pretty foul. I hope you never find out lol
