I was sleeved today about 2pm and I have to say it's been a wonderful experience! I was sleeved my Dr Quinones and I have zero pain, zero nausea and I am about to be on my third walk! I pray that everything stays this way lol! He was totally awesome and very attentive! ????

I had the same exact experience. I am so glad you are doing well. I hate it when I hear others having a bad experience. Wishing you much success in your journey.

Just eat their products an don't deviate in any way from the diet they give you each time you go back. You will be fine. Remember it's a must for you to drink 64 loss ozs, of water and at least 60 grams an over of protein. That is the key to weight loss. Not much fat, an barely any carbs. That's hard but it's an entirely different way of eating. No more sweets.

My experience was the same...I am 2 months post op and haven't had one single problem!!! I am down 47 pounds total. I feel so very blessed!

Not to confuse you, I had lap band removed last month and I'm waiting for revision surgery, sleeve I'm trying to find out all I can about it. :):rolleyes:

Each time I have an appointment I see the diatiatin they give me lists of things to eat an vitamins. They recommend to us a very good multivitamin, from their store,an some for hair,body an nail cause at three months if you don't you will lose hair. Ask your doctor. He should have already have told you.
