Yes but it's always been that way for me. Note I can't stand the taste of social sweeteners after surgery

Yes!!! They all taste revolting now I used to drink all sugar free before surgery for years and I can't stand it now even the smell is awful I'm told to have sugar free everything pudding yogurt jello drinks non stop cramps and running to bathroom hoping it's going to get better can't imagine trying to work this way can't be near a restroom ten hours a day or drinking nonstop either how on earth can I accomplish anything does this get better?

drink water.....

my surgery was feb 25th 2015...I have the same issue with the sugar free drinks...use to drink before surgery and now I prefer water over them.

I am 5 days post op and I am sooooo gassy! The nurse said I can take gas x chewables and I have but they aren't helping much. I have always had issues with aspartame -I will need to read the labels on what I have bought-I bet that is an ingredient and part of the problem.

Check to see if your sugar free products contain sugar alcohols. Those are notorious for causing gas, bloating and diarrhea.

For people who need sugar free but want something sweet - try the mio water enhancers. They are super yummy and are sugar free without all the yucky side effects.

I cannot stand artificial sweeteners at all. I drink plain water instead.

I actually think they taste almost over sweetened. I don't like the taste of anything that is too sweet, it all tastes weird to me. I simply stay away.

@@kyrickchick64 Gatorade 2 seems to be going down ok for me I have the same trouble with all sugar free pudding jello drinks etc goes in comes right back out and the protein shakes taste awful and smell disgusting i lost 30 lbs in less then two weeks my nut says I can try fat free milk with sugar free choc syrup and put my unflavored protein powder in it

Try this protein powder it is actually good u can add milk to it and any fruits and it taste good, I didn't think I would like it but when I put banana and strawberries in there it hit the spot I put it in the blender and blend it all
