How much have you December Sleevers lost. I'm down 26 pounds and stuck there!! My dr says everyone looses different and says to try and get a lot of fluid!! Just trying to see where you all stand at, at this point. Looking for mostly women to comment you men loose a lot faster (;

I have lost 29lbs since dec 19. I'm tracking food, drinking enough Water and exercising at the gym 3 or 4 days a week and walk everyday for 30 minutes. I know I should be doing more, but with the hours I work, that's all I can fit in until my project is over in June. my hope is slow and steady will be better for my body.

Down 39lbs, had a few short stalls, but NUT says I'm on track. I don't want to lose too fast for fear of losing even more hair than I already am. I get all my Protein, vitamins...and then some. Protein can sometimes be a battle still, especially if I've been out all day and forgot to take a shake with me. Always something!

41 pounds down since my Dec. 18th surgery. It hasn't been steady loss; I experienced stalls that lasted several weeks. I'm fine with a slow loss as it means more time for skin to adjust. And I've apparently been doing just fine on the Protein and Water, as I've experienced no hair loss so far.

Also, take measurements in addition to looking at the actual weight on the scale. I've noticed in the stalls that I'm losing inches rather than actual pounds sometimes. Muscle weighs more than fat, and takes up way less room so you may still be losing fat even though the scale isn't showing a substantial loss. ;)

I'm down 51 since surgery on Dec. 11th. I am exercising every day about 30-45 minutes and tracking everything I eat in MFP and taking my Vitamins. My 3 week stall lasted 10-11 days and I stalled last week for 6 days. I'll be 3 months out on Wednesday. I think I may be seeing a little extra hair in the brush after showers, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I have been having dreams about clumps coming out. I've been hitting protein/fluid goals since day 3 post-op.

I was sleeved 12/22. I've a total of 51lbs including the 15lbs during the 2 week pre op liquid diet. I hit the dreaded 3 week stall and it lasted a good 2-3 weeks. Super frustrating. But I can tell my body is reshaping itself, especially my tummy. I drink around 100oz of Fluid a day, get in 60-70g of Protein, track EVERYTHING using My Fitness Pal, and walk 2-3 miles 4-5 times a week. I've also been doing squats, lunges and other exercises to shape up my legs and booty. During the stall I would change up the foods I was eating and the exercise. It seemed to help. It can be discouraging but just remember if you're following your program you WILL lose and the sleeve will do it's job. Congrats on your 26lb loss! Best wishes!

I have lost 40 pounds since my surgery 10 weeks ago (Dec 23 2014). My goal weight will be reached when I lose 30 more pounds. I stay focused on what I need to eat/drink to have proper nutrition, walk and stay positive.

I was sleeved on Dec 19 and lost 70 lbs altogether with 35 coming off after surgery. I had no stalls but some weeks I lose much less than others. Never had any issues and tolerate all foods. I follow 5:2 lifestyle since week 3, I think it helped with avoiding stalls...The surgery was the best decision I ever made.

      I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
