So I am 3 days post op, getting in my liquids and protein today, however the Premier Shakes I liked pre surgery hurt trying to get them down. Anyone have a suggestion for a protein I can mix with water? I tried room temp that didn't help. Also if I have trouble with dairy can and will it go away as i heal? i am or was a milk lover, yogurts etc...
