My surgery is Tuesday and I can't be more excited. And what makes it so much better is that my church family is noticing my loss already and I'm only 20 pounds down. This makes me believe more that I'm doing the right thing! Oh.....and my daddy noticed it too...he thought it was just my outfit today but its not! Lol!!!

We will all be expecting a shout out from you once you are able after the surgery. So excited for you!!!

You are doing the right thing. The first couple of months are the best. You melt like a snowman in July.

20 lbs is really great

but if you ONLY lost 1lb

that is terrific too

never minimize your weight loss

20 lbs or 1 lb

both are wonderful

Congratulations and speedy recovery! Remember for some, the first few days, weeks and even months are not the best but it will be worth it in the end. Never doubt that.
