I messed up on mine too but be careful because some docs will cancel surgery.

Got sleeved yesterday and all is good so far. No nausea just a little gas pain. I'm keeping water and protein down. So far so good.

Hello. I have surgery on the 14th and my doctor prescribed the nasal b12 what vitamins would you guys recommend. The nurse said I can take an over the counter that doesn't contain b12. Does anyone know what kind that is. Please help.
