    Im on day #3 of my pre-op diet. Im also using dr. Nicholson. I will tell you really look forward to that one real meal i can have.

    In my blue "surgery bible" they mentioned an abdominal binder. Any else been told that? I was told to wear one after the birth of my kids. I guess it would help
