Mine took 4 weeks, after which they denied surgery. When I spoke to the surgeon's office they had already appealed it and it was approved the next day. I have Cigna which usually takes the longest for approvals.

I have Highmark blue cross blue shield and it took only a couple of days. Good luck to you!

Mines took four months…the waiting was the hardest..good luck!

I have State of FL Avmed and it took 1 week, however they had warned me that it could take up to 4 weeks.

I have BCBS of PA and it only took two days.

I have Amerihealth DC. It took maybe 3 or 4 days. Not sure the exact day it went to insurance because of the holiday. I was told it could take up to 4 weeks but they average 2 weeks to respond. I was't expecting an answer until next week. I'm scheduled for 10 Feb.

I have a lri ary which doesnt cover, but my secondary does, both are Bcbs though. My info was submitted on 12/23 and im still waiting
