Hi... My surgery date was the 4th of December and I'm having a hard time drinking the 64oz of water my doctor wants me to get in in 24 hours... I've been writing everything down, the time I eat, take multivitamins, protein shakes... But it's hard to get more than 40oz of water a day, and that's the best I've done. Usually it's 30 or 35. Any help would be greatly appreciated... I've definitely felt dizzy, light headed and nauseous from lack of water....
