  1. I take Vitafusion MulltiVites Plus hair, Skin and Nail support (gummies). I buy it at Shoprite.
  2. I am 10 months in and also have been on a 2 month stall. Anyone have suggestions to kick start. I was thinking of starting post op liquid diet. Has anyone tried it?
  3. My NUT said a slice of diet bread and toast it. He said never eat it without toasting because it will turn to mush and swell in your stomach.
  4. I don't like Quest bars. I have been getting the Atkins Meal bars. Also NuGo Smarte Carb bars are pretty good.

  6. I too can not get my fluid in. The most I get is 24 ounces. I can not drink any thing cold as I feel sick. So I started on lukewarm water and hot tea. I can not find the time to get both protein and fluids in.
  7. I too am a type 2 diabetic. Last A!C was 7.5. Endo dr told me not to take insulin unless my sugar was over 160. I haven't taken any since surgery on Nov 25, 2014.
  8. I told them I was having my gallbladder out which they don't know I had my gallbladder out 8 years ago before I knew anyone.
  9. I know its frustrating. I am 6 weeks out. I don't have the week long stall. I lose a pound and stay the same for 3 days and then it repeats itself over and over. Sometimes I feel I could have done that on my own without the surgery. Then I wonder did I make the right decision.

  14. Nearest gym is about 40 minutes away but I will look into other options.
  15. I have been on soft foods. I was eating 2 tbsp. pb a day, but gave it up. My son ordered from the deli so I got a tuna salad. Had 1/2 cup and a half hour later bathroom was my friend. At home I use light mayo and light margarine and that doesn't bother me.
  16. The problem is I have a bad hip and my house is only 1 floor so I go from living room to kitchen to do dishes and a little laundry. I tried to take a Mylanta and made me nauseated. I told NUT and he said WALK. Thanks for the reply.
  17. I also have the same problem. I am 1 month out and still have it. Went to NUT and he said that the peanut butter and mayo (high fat) was the cause.
  18. My surgery was Nov 25th 2014. I am also from New Jersey. Can I join your group?
  19. I am 1 month out. Still can't get my protein and water in. I have a lot of air in my stomach and belching all day long. Can't eat. So uncomfortable. Any suggestions?
