Sublingual b12 ?

Kind of a dumb question... How does this work?? I've had it under my tongue for 10 minutes and it is still there. At what point do I swallow it? Hubby think once it's mushy, I feel like it needs to dissolve and be liquidy? Instructions aren't helpful LOL!

30 seconds under the tongue, then swallow.

Sublingual--- mine is liquid form. It sounds like yours is a pill form. Does it actually say sublingual on the bottle? Can sublingual be pill form?

Mine is a sublingual pill.

It is cherry flavored, I use the cvs generic ones, they are tiny and dissolve partially under the tongue!

I use the Celebrate sublinguals and they melt pretty rapidly.

I had no idea! Thanks for asking this I was wondering too! :)
