I know that I still have 2 weeks of liquid diet after surgery, but boy will I be glad to graduate to healthy eating lol! I am super excited to the change, but the closer it gets the more nervous I am getting about surgery.

We have the same date!! Less than one week and we will be on the other side of this life changing journey. I am excited and nervous also, I have bought all my teas and icky powdered drink mixes, found the ideal shape shake tastes best and set my vitamins and mineral taking schedual and have my food diary and exercise logs all ready. So excited, hope we can chat about our jouney. Good luck

My date is the same, December 17. I'm so excited. I also have all my shakes, vitamins and logs ready to go.

I am now 2 days from surgery! I am so nervous about the operation itself, but boy will I be glad to be on the other side to back to healthy eating! This liquid diet has been one of the biggest challenges I have ever done!

I'm excited and nervous! My sleeve is scheduled for 12/17! This liquid diet really sucks but I'm making it and taking things one day at a time. I'm praying we all have an awesome outcome post-op and long term. For me chicken broth tastes better and different flavored sugar-free jello. I was really weak, dizzy and head-achy today. I want to eat but I am focusing on a wonderful outcome for my future. I'm thankful for being able to talk to others going through the same process.

Hang in there, just a few more days to go. Good luck on the 17th. Keep us posted @ terosiamoore#yahoo.com

My surgery is on Dec 30. Nervous? Yes, and more yes.

I am 4 weeks post op today! You will be great and will feel fabulous!

I would say about 6 hours post op I was on IV Tylenol and that was it. Not a lot of pain at all inside. Incisions were tender but that was it.

I'm going in on the 16th (TOMORROW!!), so I'll be recovering right along with you. Good luck!!

It sucks that I'm an RN and know more than I want to! I'm nervous and anxious and scared! Okay an emotional hot mess! But I'm also glad to get this done and anticipatory for the change to come.

Hi guy, after tonight we have just one day left. The liquid diet is horrible, I wish I could have all that yummy stuff you talk about. My dietitian wanted me to only have 6 slimfasts a day with a tablespoon of protien powder per shake. I am weak, headachy and anxious I dont know if I can get through one more day. So miserable. But I am pushing foward going to try and sleep as much as I can get away with tomorrow to make it go fast lol. Good luck guys
