Can't stomach broth

Can't stomach broth. At all. Is it that important to have it in the 1st week? Isn't it more about staying hydrated? Im sipping on isopure and water all day.

Yes, the goal is to finish at least 64oz of any liquid. It doesn't have to be broth.

Nope, not at all. Get your water and protein in. If you don't like the broth, don't drink it.

Try the beef broth....

As long as the spice doesn't irritate your tummy, I would try it.

I can't do broth either. Just the thought makes me want to vomit so I have been sticking to isopure clear drinks, premier protein, and Powerade Zero.
