Heading back to ER again, prayers please

Been so sick 3 weeks post op. Can't get fluids down. Woken up vomiting bile, brown mucus and blood thus morning. Vomited yesterday too but not blood. I just want them to find out what's wrong with me. Was sleeved nov 6th. Was doing OK a week or 2 out and started getting sick 6 days ago. Went to ER this past Monday. But they have me some fluids and a cat scan and blood work and didn't find anything except some esophageal swelling. They should have done an EGD. Going to an different ER. Been on straight gatorade for 4 days and getting worse. I should have went in yesterday but didn't want to ruin thanksgiving. Appreciate the prayers. I just want to get well.

Funny, that what they keep telling me to drink and the full sugar one to help with hydration and calories as I can't tolerate the protein shakes anymore

Al, I have not been able to hold down protein shakes since my surgery on Dec 29th,

I drink mostly Power-aide it has B-3 B-6 & B12. I also drink an occasional Propel or if I drink water it has to have flavoring also, regular water just doesn't go down well. My Dr & Nut said it was more important that I stay hydrated than anything...You are still in my prayers.

yeah they told me yesterday hydration over protein. It's been almost 3.5 months since surgery, I just want this fixed and be able to eat. I can't live on liquids my whole life nor do I want to. I'm sorry you are having a rough go too

@@nprcowboy I had to go to ER 9 days post-op. Come to find out that I was dehydrated, low on potassium and had a UTI.

Are the liquids staying down?

Thinking of you and keeping you in prayer that you can progress through this time and everything stays down, no more nausea.
