My ass is melting

I'm not even kidding you right now. I don't know why. I mean, of course, it's expected that with the loss of weight, my hips will get smaller. But it's not just that it's getting smaller, it doesn't even look like the butt I had 10 years ago when I was still slim. It's literally gone. I don't know if that's just the way it looks since my belly isn't as tone as it was back then, or what. But crap!!! I liked my poofy butt I used to have. I'm kinda bummed.(Well not really...I'm lovin the weight loss and the measurements loss...still. *sigh*)

  • Fyi... last winter I was injured by a personal trainer who was trying to rebuild my ass. Turns out...plenty of guys are fine with a skinny ass girl!

I feel you, my bum was one of my favorite things about myself, even when I was at my heaviest, and now...booo. Gonna have to concentrate on those squats and lunges.

It's funny that we have no control over where the weight comes off. My ass and legs went first.

Flat as a pancake!

Ummm ... mine, too. And I think I know where it went.

I spent the last three years sitting on it. And beneath all that accumulating ass fat, it shrunk.

I now call mine a back with a crack!!!!

OMG! You mean this is COMMON!?!?!? Nooooooooooooo! :*(

My boobs are melting, wish it was lower!

Just seconding (or thirding?) the squats/lunges recommendation. I've never had a nice ass - wide but flat, but at 46 I've got more of one than ever! Thanks to a personal trainer. It really works! Not "there" yet, but making progress. Just did 60 squats today.

Mine deflated and is on top of my thighs.

It's literally gone.

can't control where we loose weight, different places, more weight loss in some areas than others

i was kind of a strange case (consider the source)

always wore my big 2X elastic blue jeans and big tops

weighed myself - but never really saw/noticed what i was looking like

one day after my shower i looked in the full length mirror and just stood there, turned etc

when i turned

i realized my buttt was - gone, gone, and gone :o

but plenty of skin hanging down :(

i was shocked

went to hubby and he said, "yep, I've been noticing!!" ;)

so after alllll these years, butttt is gone :o

"but", i don't miss it :lol::D

Mine too is gone. Pretty ironic since the booty is so in these days!
