Px90 6 weeks out can I start

I'm down to 208 I've been doin eleptical for an hr 5 times a week but I feel I can push my self a lil more is it to soon or can I start weights and core workouts ??

I suggest you check with your surgeon's office.

I definitely agree with @Jols. You need to talk with your surgeons office. Around the six week mark you are typically able to begin regular exercise, but you still need to be very wary of your core muscles. I would recommend if you are insisting on beginning to work out you need to read your body and take it easy for awhile until you get used to the added workload on your abdomen.

My surgeon said no weights or core exercises for only the first four weeks, I sm 6 weeks out now and do the treadmill pretty much every day, but ready to start weights and core! Go for it!
