I tried a mini bite size snickers on Halloween and it just wasn't satisfying anymore. I would rather have fruits and veggies over candy. I have had a bite of licorice and it was too sweet too! M

Me too! It sounds so easy - stop eating it - but I just can't. I'm gaining weight back and it scares the Heck out of me. It seems like the bad stuff is so much easier to eat. I never throw up the bad

I feel so frustrated with myself, and disappointed. I have let sugar creep back into my life and it feels worse than ever. If it's not chocolate I crave its mints or any other sweets. It is jeopardising my success and my weight has slowly crept up over the past few months. It started when I became very stressed and just couldn't eat, the only thing I enjoyed was chocolate and sucking sweets. It's been the slippery slope! I think I will need to cut them out of my life. Anyone else experienced this ? I feel I need support ????
