One week today

  • Popular Post

And I feel AMAZING! I showered, styled hair and got dressed without needing to rest! Had a protein shake and ran to store for some yoga pants to wear back to work, came home and mopped kitchen floor, mopped wooden floors and vacuumed and haven't had to take a break at all! My energy is high and hunger is non-existent! I KNOW--it's too good to be true, except it really is true!! Last Tuesday I thought I was gonna die, but I've turned the corner to my new life and I LOVE it!!!!

These are the kinds of posts I love to see! Can't wait for my sleeve!

that's great...just be careful, don't overdo... you are still healing on the inside BIG TIME!

Ohhh, I hope have this kind of luck! I go back to work after a week. I'm happy for you.

Counting those days in my future, one day post op, i know i just need to get past some days and ill be fantastic and on my way to loosing

Yes!! I was the same way- the first 2-3 days I seriously thought I had made the biggest mistake ever... then within 12 hours of being home.. I was like you. I had surgery on a Monday and cooked my whole family dinner on Thursday night. I was cleaning house and everything from there on out. It was like a switch had been flipped. So those of you about to go through surgery, remember these stories... it does get better. And you will wake up one day and feel AMAZING :)
