Post Op weight loss

Hi! I was wondering - I know all weightloss is individual to that specific person .. But I was looking for an idea of what people with my general stats lost post op! I'm pre op scheduled for 11/12 and am just curious how everyone has done! I'm 5'5" and my current weight is 253lbs!

    @@LauraLei101 I am 5' 5" I was 238 on my day of surgery. I am a little over 5 months out. The first couple of months I could loose 22lbs a month. I think I'm at 12lbs a month now. I now weigh 156.

My biggest challenge....I think getting out of the honeymoon stage and hitting reality. At first the weight came off pretty easy. I got to relaxed and comfortable. I woke up. I had great input on this sight as well as my local support groups. I know that I will only get out of this surgery what I put into it.

Wow you're surgery is right around the corner. I'm excited for you. The journey begins:)

Hey! My start weight was 223lbs. Since my 6 month diet and surgery, I've 49lbs! I just have another 49 to reach my goal. At this point, I am doubting that it will take me a year to reach my goal weight. It's a lot of work, but oh so worth it!

I am 5 4 and staring weight for prep was 267. I have lost 27 lbs since oct 3 with preop and sleeve surgery on 10/14. But I am also still on a liquid diet til 11/14
