Soooo exhausted

I am one month out and all I want is a nap! I just got back to work but I have no stamina. How long till I get my energy back. Any tricks. I am trying to stay off caffeine as my stomach is already sensitive.

    I was like that for about 6 weeks. It gets better, just make sure you are getting in all of your vitamins, protein and as much water as you can. I suck at the water part myself. =)
