Lost Without a plan

I am having an issue without a food plan. Does anyone have a successful diet plan that worked well for them that they could share? It had surgery on 10/13 and fell like I'm failing because I don't eat pureed. I have been eating foods that are semi low carb high protien and semi high fat, similar to Atkins without the red meat and extreme low carb. Please share suggestion on diffrent foods that were helpful also to you.

What did you surgeon/NUT give you? They should have provided you a post-op food plan.

Ditto above, your surgeon or nutritionist should have given you a plan.

Every surgeon and NUT is a little different in their post-op meal plans. Your best bet is to call your doctor and/or NUT to find out and get a copy of what they want you to be eating/drinking.
