  4. I eat 50-60 gm protien. And 20-60 of carbs or less.
  5. I'm 11 weeks out and my body/muscles feel worn out and very achey with any type of increased activity like walking upstairs long walks. I want to work out but I ache so bad and am worn out so easily. I've lost 26 lbs so far but I'm wanting to lose another 6-7 by the end of the year. Any suggestions?
  6. I'm 3 weeks out and eat everything. Although I feel like it's stretch my stomach:(
  7. I am having an issue without a food plan. Does anyone have a successful diet plan that worked well for them that they could share? It had surgery on 10/13 and fell like I'm failing because I don't eat pureed. I have been eating foods that are semi low carb high protien and semi high fat, similar to Atkins without the red meat and extreme low carb. Please share suggestion on diffrent foods that were helpful also to you.
  8. I'm great full to be on the other side! I'm wondering since I had been on appetite suppressants for years if that's why I'm feeling hunger. It happens when I smell food. With the sleeve you have many diffrent little pains and I'm getting to know each of them very well. I'll try a ppi and see if that helps but I kinda already got a panera broccoli cheese soup and felt fine and satisfied after a few bites. I know I'm testing the limits but I can't do clears any longer if I don't have to!
  9. I had surgery on 10/13 and am suppose to be on clears for 7 days. I feel like I'm having deep hunger pain and I'm actually dreaming of food!!! I want to start my purée foods now but I'm afraid of leaks. Any suggestions???
  10. I didn't sleep to well d/t pain, gas and inscional pain . I took my pain med and I'm not sure it's working as it should. But I have no nausea or vomiting. That was my biggest feAr.
  11. Sleeved @ 1030am and at home the same day. Not sure if I'm the only one, but the pain comes just lying here and I'm having a hard time taking deep breaths. How often are you drinking? Just constant small sips all day?? I don't want to ruin my sleeve just after I got it.
