Normal?

I'm 11 weeks out and my body/muscles feel worn out and very achey with any type of increased activity like walking upstairs long walks. I want to work out but I ache so bad and am worn out so easily. I've lost 26 lbs so far but I'm wanting to lose another 6-7 by the end of the year. Any suggestions?

I eat 50-60 gm protien. And 20-60 of carbs or less.

I'm at about the same post op time too. I have noticed that my legs right where they join the hip hurt....not muscle pain but joint pain. I have no swelling. It's weird...you would think being lighter you wouldn't hurt. I walk everyday, so I think my body it's just getting used to that.

Same here! After a long day a feel my legs like I walked a marathon..

I'm 4 weeks out, I lost 36 pounds..
