  1. I had it at 1 week post op, it was on my liquid diet but decaff only. Now at 2 months post op sometimes I drink it regular but not everyday
  2. I was sleeved 11/7 and finally after 2 months I am pain free.. sometimes you feel like oh the pain is gone and then you sneeze and surprise is worse lol but it will get better with time.

  5. I have back pain since surgery, I was told that our body is adjusting to the weight change. I hope it gets better! Im 2 months out.
  6. Mine was 11/7. 12 pounds lost on pre surgery liquid diet and 31 after surgery. I started on 256 and I'm 213 right now
  7. Mine was 2 weeks liquid diet before surgery then 1 week clear diet, 2 weeks full liquid diet, 1 week pureed/soft foods and then regular food.. wow 4 weeks in every stage is too much! But every surgeon is different
  8. 7 weeks out and no problems at all! No dumping no nausea nothing.. I was scared before surgery but everything is going ok. Good luck in your journey! Everything is going to be ok.

  10. Everybody keeps saying it will pass. But when?? Haha 2 weeks stall since 3 weeks out.. im freaking out. The scale is not my friend anymore I hate it. I am 5 weeks out and stuck at 220. My sw:256 day of surgery: 244 I hope this pass soon :'(
  11. Second time in a row that somebody stops me and ask me about my weight loss.. I end telling them about my surgery . Im proud of myself but sometimes I fell like I need to keep my story just form me. Am I wrong? This is happening in my daughters school.
  12. I feel that too!!! Something stuck between stomach and throat.. I am 1 month post op and I really feel hunger. We have too much to learn.
  13. @@Susan909 It will pass, I know your feeling try low calorie g2 and regular popsicles and regular jello that helped me a lot!
  14. Mine is 1/2 cup but I don't feel full I just start to burp a lot but I really don't feel the fullness feeling
  15. Hello everybody this week was my soft diet.. but I was scared of eating too much so I just ate a few bites of my meals.. so my question is how will I know when I'm full? Is it the same feeling than before? Thank you. I was sleeved nov the 7th. Next sunday start regular food diet.
  16. I was on clear liquid diet the first week post op just eating broth jello popsicles and water and g2 low calorie.. try liquids first and then give it a try on soups again you will feel a lot better after a week. Speedy recovery

  18. Same here! After a long day a feel my legs like I walked a marathon..
  19. Pancakes with bacon and scrambled egg with butter and all soaked in syrup , nachos with chilli on top or panchos. Panchos are nachos with beef fajita melted cheese sour cream and avocado and refried beans. Yum
  20. I did.. I post it on facebook . Why? I have been overweight my entire life and losing weight is something you can't hide.. so to avoid a lot of questions I just told to everyone..
  21. Mine was 2 weeks but totally worth it!! You can do it! I'm still in liquid diet I have 2 weeks post op.. and still one week more to go. Good luck!
