151.5

Some ups and downs this week, but netted out the same - 177.

Happy holidays all!

169.....finally out of the 170s after a five month stall.

ONE-SIXTY-FOOOOUUUR...written as if Oprah was saying it ;). Yea, so I'm a little excited.

I'm still 144 today (well 143.5). I can't complain about not losing these last few weeks considering all of the holiday parties I've attended. Thanks to my sleeve and the gym, I haven't gained any weight. Hopefully, I can get to my holiday goal weight by Jan 2.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone :P

Still the same 149 it's so tough to lose just the last 15 lbs I may not make goal but hoping to get to 145 working out very hard but I tell u working the overnight shift kills u . Well wish me luck i know next week will be hard Cuz I'll be receiving my time of the month oh lord the chocolate cravings have already begun. I still can feel myself getting stronger and toning up in certain parts of my body. That's a plus

I feel you Bianca. I have 14 more pounds to lose to reach my goal of 130 but it just seems so darn hard. Don't give up. I'm rooting for you!! I'm hoping it will get a little better after the holidays.

Same 152 darn!

Today's weight: 152 which also means I am no longer considered 'obese' by the medical community.

I had my 1 year surgerversary yesterday and I also had my 1 year check up yesterday. It felt great to be told I was considered a success in the program. :)

I have been at 152 for weeks. Finally today the scale said 151.5. I took no chances and did not re-weigh myself!

235

Stayed the same this week!
