Single incision through the belly button with a tool that opens up inside and looks like a spider.

I would totally have done it if my dr offered it!

its only 1 incision but it is a bigger incision and can make you belly button look more like a smiling mouth as this is a lot bigger than a standard laproscope. I guess its a vanity thing perhaps.

Yes vanity. I scar badly.
