Has Anyone had the spider or will be having the spider technique performed for the sleeve?

its only 1 incision but it is a bigger incision and can make you belly button look more like a smiling mouth as this is a lot bigger than a standard laproscope. I guess its a vanity thing perhaps.

Yes vanity. I scar badly.
