Question on Coffee and laxitive choices.

Have you tried decaf coffee? The warm drink in the morning is supposed to help. -
Has anyone had a revision from sleeve to rny? How long was the procedure? How has the process been so far? I didn't see a board for this, just from band to rny. TIA!

I'm type 1 and in a pump. I had my surgery in jan. They likely have you steroids which causes high blood sugar. Be sure you are keeping close contact with your endo. It gets better. -
What should I take to the hospital?

Chapstick and wear comfy pants/pjs. I had brought my tablet but my phone was sufficient. I think a lot I people overpack. You'll be sleepy and when you aren't cat napping you'll likely be walking the halls. I'd also take Your deodorant and tooth brush. -
This is weird but my nose will run. I also try to eat slow and let the food settle before I put too much in there and feel miserable.

I had surgery in jan and by February's end I was off all meds. Was on lexapro and Ativan. PTSD and generalized anxiety. I feel great and a lot more stable.

I went thru true results and dr adam smith did my surgery. I love his staff. They don't judge even if you are in there getting fluids or a vitamin dose BC you can't do it yourself. <3 -

It'll take more than a week for you to see much improvement in your a1c. Are you keeping a log of your blood sugars? Eating good is only part of the battle. I've had diabetes since I was 9. (Type 1) -

My sleeve hates bread, vitamin water, peanut butter, cottage cheese for dinner, raw onions, I'm sure there's more. Still relearning it's likes. I was able to have romaine with cheese that went down ok.

I personally can't stand premier and have a whole case that I need to find something to do with. I got some syntrax vanilla bean torte and love it so far. -
Hey all! Does anyone have a set drinking/eating schedule they follow? Trying to space out my Protein shakes or Snacks (or mini meals) so that there isn't too much time that lapses in-between! Thanks in advance!
