Surgery Monday-Clears start tomorrow

My VSG is Monday (1/19). I start clears tomorrow. Any and all words of encouragement, tips, etc wanted!! <3

drinks lots of Water... you want your body to be well hydrated prior to surgery because it will be somewhat difficult to get in your fluids after surgery.

I drank Isopure, water with crystal light, broth and ate sugar free Jello for my two day clear liquid diet.

Stay busy! It will keep your mind off food and the temptation to cheat. Just remember you've come this far and you want to be in the optimal condition for surgery.
