When I was on this stage I liked purred egg and chicken salad.

Thanks all!

I saw a recipe on pinterest for a ricotta cheese bake that I can't wait to try when I hit the puree stage

I've been mixing a couple of tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese with some mozzarella, salt, pepper, garlic....add a table spoon of spaghetti sauce on top and the a sprinkle of parmesan and bake it...it flattens out bus so good.

Both of these makes a little more than I can eat but it's close.

4tbls of Fat Free Ricotta

spoon 2 tbls of low sugar spaghetti sauce over the cheese

sprinkle 2tbls of grated parm cheese

microwave for 2:40

also

4tbls of refried Beans

2 tbls of salsa

Sprinkle with shredded lowfat chedder cheese

microwave for 2:30

Thanks for all the great suggestions. Going to try the ricotta soon cause it sounds really good! I tried the refried Beans last night with salsa and cheese and I had a hard time with it. Think I may have ate too fast but I felt bad after only a few bites.

Today I made homemade tomato basil Soup and I mixed a couple tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt with unflavored Protein powder. Put it in my cup of soup. It was delicious!

How do you make Tomato Basil Soup?
