My surgery Ctr support group told me to count my blessings the weight is coming off slow and steady. Because with exercise and slow and steady weight loss, skin issues will be minimal. Yahoo!!

My weight loss was a bit slower at the beginning but once I hit the 4-5 week mark the weight started coming off pretty quickly. The above poster is correct- make sure you are getting enough calories

I am a very slow loser and it's making me so upset!! I started surgery (Jully 22nd) at 310. Now two months out I weigh 280. I'm beyond frustrated. A ton of people I know have already lost 50 pounds two months post op and I'm only at 30
