  1. Hi everyone I am nearly 4 weeks post op and feel very strange. I feel down in the dumps all the time but apparently this is "normal" because of my hormones after surgery ? Secondly I have done exercise for the first time today, thinking it would lift my spirits ? I did a 20 minute Zumba dvd but my own chilled out version as doing properly is too intense ! Afterwards I felt really shaken and light headed ? Has anybody else felt like this after exercise and is anybody feeling low ? Good to hear from anyone ! Xxx
  2. Hi jorrin I am 11 days post op and still don't feel normal , I'm very up and down and been the same weight for three days ! How are you going with your eating and drinking ? All much harder than I thought it would be , hope you feel better soon !
  3. Hello diamond girl I'm so glad you feel this way too ! I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and only lost 6 pounds and am wondering why it isn't coming off quicker !? Do you think we are going something wrong ? Xx
