  5. Hello All, I had my surgery May 30, 2014 and I have lost 75lbs so far. I have hit a serious mentally and emotionally draining plateau. Can anyone lend advice to get me over this hump.

  8. Hello and Happy New Year Everyone, Hope everyone is doing well so far this year.
  9. I perfectly understand what you are talking about. I have lost 75lbs since my surgery and my clothes are very big,I started to feel and look dumpy in my old clothes. I would highly suggest is to go and try clothes on just to see where you are in size. Don't be hard on yourself and tale one day at a time. Also don't measure your weight loss success by someone else's weight loss success. Keep up the great work.

  15. Hello Congratulations to all on your new journey. Keep up the great work. I began on May 30, and i have lost a total of 75lbs so far but i have a long way to go before i reach my goal weight, which is 155. Good luck everyone!
  16. How far out are you post-op?
  17. I'm eating right at a 1000 calories/ day, sometimes less and maybe that's some of the reason I'm probably not losing the weight like i should. My doctor wants me to eat 3 meals a day but that is really hard for me since i work second shift.
  18. I'm still at a total lost of 70lbs and it's been like that for over 2 mos. I started working out more, also making sure i drink more water and track everything i eat but still nothing.

  21. Does probiotic help with losing more weight for people who has had gastric bypass surgery? I read a study online and i wondered if someone has tried it and it really works as the study claimed.
  22. Thank you, I really appreciated that.
