Probiotics

Does probiotic help with losing more weight for people who has had gastric bypass surgery? I read a study online and i wondered if someone has tried it and it really works as the study claimed.

I use active/live liquid cultures that you find in dairy cases at some stores or get from a supplement store. It helps with regularity & my Bariatric program swears by them. I find if I miss a "dose" that I feel icky but I haven't been using it for weight loss. I lose between 2-5 pounds a week as it is at this point so it's hard to say if it's that. I also know it's supposed to help balance the bacteria in your gut.
