I had my RNY surgery July 23. I lost 30 pounds before my surgery date. I am now up to 34 pounds since July 23 my surgery date for a total of 64 pounds. It just seems like 34 pounds since July 23 is not much. It's coming off but very slow. I walk 3 to 4 miles a day. I am not getting in all my protein. I do try bug it's hard. Should I be worried ?
