I just spoke with my surgeon and he told me to just keep doing what I am doing and that he is not worried at all. He told me that he is proud of the changes I have made and knows that it will pay off.

Today I had my second supervised appointment with my doctor and per their scale I have lost 4 pounds in a month. However on my scale at home I am down 9.5 pounds. I am frustrated at this since my surgeon reviews the weight sent in from my doctor. I don't weigh my self naked so I know it is not clothes weight.
I have been doing high Protein low carb, I track everything and exercising everyday.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....
I have to lose 28 pounds before surgery and I am feeling very discouraged. Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks for listening!
