Full is not what we look for. If you're full you've probably eaten too much. You look for satiety. Not being hungry for 4-5 hours is where the green zone is. But, if you're only 10 days post op it'

I have had a great post op. Get hungry some. Can't tolerate the protein shake (gastric distress big time). Been depending on Greek yogurts, cream soups, pudding, jello. I know I am not getting enough protein. Any suggestions for more protein.
Also trying to use yogurts and soups as 3 meals. Then drink water after waiting 30 minutes. I can't tell if I am full or not. When do you know?
