Read lables, measure your food and get the Myfitnesspal app and track everything you eat. Good luck!

My Fitness Pal is the best way. You can mention restaurants, generic, or name-brand foods and they have the info. there. Just make sure to get a good food scale and measuring cups and spoons and use them. Don't "eye-ball" the quantity.

I'll start mine on 9/6. I'm super excited! I have all kinds of Water retention right now, swollen ankles and feet, and can't wait for the diet. It will be great reading about your journey to learn what to expect.

I agree with the other posts. My fitness Pal is a great app.

Good luck!
