  1. I had my surgery on Thursday I came home yesterday, everything went well but the only problem that I have is the gas I have been walking and trying to drink things too see how I can handle them
  2. Well tomorrow is my day I really don't know what I am walking into but I know my god has my hand and I will be fine. I have to be there for 10:30 and cut time is 12pm
  3. Does anyone know a website that gives good shake recipes to try because I am over the ones I am doing thanks in advance
  4. I think that I am doing ok but I am not sure on how to calculate how calories I took in today they said am supposed to get 1000 to 1200 a day please can someone help me thank you in advance

  6. So Thursday the 21 I am supposed to start my diet not to sure what Shakes I should get. So I am going today to see which one is they best. When I met with the nutritionist she said that unjury was one of the better brands too use. So now the journey has really turned real, starting to feel very uneasy because I don't know what to expect or how this is going to turn out. Can someone please share what there first meal or way they started the pre-op diet so I can know which direction too go
  7. So I am happy to say the I will be get my sleeve done on sept 4 right after all of the things that I like too do for the summer. I think I got this at a good time because I really won't be missing out on any I guess but if I was the end result is worth it a better me.
  8. Hi everyone I am new too the room. This is a new start for me I have finish all of the work-up that needs to be done before getting my date. I have had a few set backs which made me fell like I don't want to this anymore. But I kept the mind strong and did not let it defer me from what I want. This past Friday I met with the new doctor that is going to do my sleeve, the doctor I had before didn't do the sleeve he does the bypass so you know I was very upset but none the less I feel good with the new doctor who has been doing this for over some years. All I am waiting for is my date I will keep you guys posted
