I was approved and my date is September 22nd! I'm so nervous! Liquid diet starts on 9/8.

First day of pre-op diet. I'm so hungry! Having trouble getting in 64 oz of water just by sipping . And my jaw is killing me from chewing 30 to 40 times per bite. Will this get easier?

Hello. I too am a September Sleever. My surgery is scheduled for Sept 10!!!!! I am currently on Day 18 of my 30 day Optifast liquid pre surgery diet.

Good for you. That must be hard I start my liquid diet tomorrow. Simi one today.
