I am so glad I found this topic! I am 10 days post op and I too have cheated. I felt like crap!!! But I have to remind myself that this is brand new and I went through too much to fail and that everyday is a new day. We are not alone. Just remember we all decided we needed this for yourself! I have to learn the best ways to use my tool!!!

Well I am post op day 3!!! So far so good. Not much pain. Getting my fluids in. I was able to drive home yesterday from South Carolina to Virginia. Spent 2days in hospital. Good luck to all the September Sleeves!!!! You can do it!!!

Hey. I have been doing Optifast since Aug 9th. My last day is September 6. Surgery Sept 10th . I have lost 17lbs drinking them. I had to do 4weeks of Optifast prior to surgery.

Hello. I too am a September Sleever. My surgery is scheduled for Sept 10!!!!! I am currently on Day 18 of my 30 day Optifast liquid pre surgery diet.

Love this response!!!! Ty and you are so right. Zumba is fun and doesn't matter if you hit all the moves.....as long as you are moving!!!!! My sleeve is September 10th!!! Currently on my 2nd week of 4 Pre op diet!!!!!

Well...Getting closer. It feels as if time has stopped. LOL!!!! Saturday I start my 30/day Optifast diet! Have to lose 13.6 lbs before my surgery on September 10th. I'm so ready to see September!!!!!! Traveling to SC every week for weigh in and Pre surgery classes. Should make my time go faster. Not much longer now for all of us September sleevers!!!! Anyone else having surgery on September 10??? I'm looking for a buddy.

Oh I also stopped smoking July 14th!!!! I've been walking 45 mins about 3 times a week.... I'm really excited!!!!Not much longer now!!!

OK here is an update... My surgery was approved!!!! I will have surgery September 10th... I start my Optifast Sat Aug 9 until September 8th.... I had my EGD on Last Friday. I have to lose 13.6lbs by September 2nd. But with only eating and drinking the Optifast products, I should be able to do it...I've heard really good things about it. How is everyone else doing on their journey????¿
