I pray my survey and recovery goes as wonderfully has yours has!!!! How are you doing now?That is great! I have not received my preop diet yet. I was told I will have a one week preop diet.My surgery is schedule for sept 26!My surgery is set for Sept 26 with Dr Alvarez! I am so scared! I have times of being super excited and wish I was doing it today and then I have times of being so scared and thinking I am being so selfish! I need to exercise more ! Eat better!! Fix it in my own!! Ugh!!I Have set my surgery date for Sept 25 with Dr Alvarez. I go from being so excited to scared to death!! They what it's are killing me!! Anyone else set for that date? I need someone to relate with!How come you will have drains for 10 days!We you nervous crossing the border?I am in her process of picking a doctor in Mexico to do my gastric sleeve. I had then band done in 2008 and had problems on a regular bases with in march 2013 I had it removed. I have now decided to do the sleeve. My insurance won't cover it so I am looking for the perfect surgeon for me. I am leaning toward having Dr.Guillermo Alvarez. What information can you share with me to help comfort my nerves. I am not to concerned about the surgery. I am more concerned about going to Mexico to have it done? I also would like to know any information I get here in reference to the hospital and well as the staff? Please the more information the better!!
