My only struggle day 6 is the protein drinks. Don't like any of them after surgery! Trying to experiment again

I found it hard to find protein drinks I actually liked...i don't like milkshakes or milky products..so it makes it tough to find one. I finally found the most "decent" one is the Isopure Plus. Easy to get down, and the aftertaste is manageable. Has 15g of protein. And no carbs. I got the alpine punch flavor.

I'm scheduled for September 23. Today is my first day of pre-op prep. Not as hungry as I thought I'd be so I'm happy. I can't wait for the 23rd!!! I am still trying to find a protein drink that tastes good to me. I like the idea of protein that has no flavor at all because I find some to be way too sweet. Glad to be in touch with others in the same boat as me.

Yes it is! I'm trying to stay focused. I know I have it better than some, but I still need to be mindful. I have my preop appointment in the morning. I hope learn a lot.

Are yall starting your pre op diet 2 or 3 weeks before surgery?

My surgeon required me to start 2 weeks before. Today is day 8 for me...7 days until I get sleeved!

Just had my surgery on Sept.5th at the OCC and am 5 days post op! I feel like I have so much energy at times and then have moments I need to rest. I haven't lost any weight yet and was told by another sleever she didn't in loose the first week. I do feel smaller so I am thinking I am loosing inches. I am getting used to dealing with the head hunger but so great full I have this tool where I can't eat. It's seems to be getting better everyday. Liquids are going down great too:)

What protein drinks are you using? My taste completely changed!

I am using Isagenix...I love it!! I tried the GNC one and it made me sick...I am trying a few others out right now. What are you trying?

I tried unjury and the nectars. Going to try body fortress next I think
