  1. Love this thread! Very inspiring and helps me stay on track while accepting I'm human.
  2. Starting weight 191 goal 180 thanks!
  3. I too am getting back on track after a 25lb regain. Started with logging food again honestly and exercise. So glad to see this thread and to know I can get back up without shame
  4. Great job everyone! I would love to be on the next challenge :-)
  5. You are in my prayers for a much smoother recovery from this point on [emoji1317]
  6. Anyone else excited about our two year mark?
  7. I too gained some and am now back on track. I just went back to basics: admit the regain without judgement, logged food, and got serious again about exercise. After speaking with some of my friends who have always been at healthy weights I realized this is a process many individuals go through whether they had surgery or not :-)
  8. I'm not sure I consider myself a vet, but just wanted to put out there I had my first extremely stressful 3 months since wls. Definitely saw the emotional eating reappear but luckily not as bad as before. I didn't track food, exercised less, and got lazy with preparing meals. I'm lucky that I only gained around 10lbs. Getting back on track! My naturally "skinny" friends have been so supportive as apparently others experience this too during stressful times. This is definitely only a tool. I have to stay on top of this!
  9. Forgot to post!! 166 going in wrong direction!!
