First Major Struggle

  • Popular Post

I'm not sure I consider myself a vet, but just wanted to put out there I had my first extremely stressful 3 months since wls. Definitely saw the emotional eating reappear but luckily not as bad as before. I didn't track food, exercised less, and got lazy with preparing meals. I'm lucky that I only gained around 10lbs. Getting back on track! My naturally "skinny" friends have been so supportive as apparently others experience this too during stressful times. This is definitely only a tool. I have to stay on top of this!

Good for you for getting on top of it so quickly!

It is good that you recognize what you need to do.

I wish you the best of luck and I know you can do this. You have done it before.

Yes.....I also think you are a vet and facing vet problems.
