Hi Cindy from MI, I'm Linda from KY. I was born and raised in MI in a suburb of Det. Welcome to the forum of everything to do with gastric surgery. There are many different forums on here from what to eat, drink to what vitamins are suggested. Even people telling before and after journeys they are on.

It's a great site that I have found to be very helpful in my pre surgery journey.

hello everyone i am just starting the process, but i was wondering is there anyone that has HAP HMO insurance, if everything goes good i will be going through henry ford for my procedure. any feedback is appreciated
