I have to put Miralax in my shake for constipation and it caused me such gas. Anyone else???

I have been mixing it with my crystal light and haven't noticed any gas problems so far

Try it just in water and see if it gives you gas still. It could be the protein. Also if you're early out you just might have bad gas. I had horrible gas the first few weeks from everything

Almost 6 mos out. I used it some years back and it caused Gas. I may discuss it with my doc in Sept. Thanks

I use SF Milk if magnesia, 2tbsp every 4hoyrs till you go. My doc recommend and it works great! Usually use before bedtime every 2-3 days

At walmart. It's about 4 dollars. Sugar free Milk of magnesia. Ask pharmacist where it is. . So worth having. Let me know how it goes.

it's normal. my Dr said to use Gas X w/ it because its a common issue.

I use milk of magnesia and it works good.

I started using SF Milk of Magnesia, couldn't find it at Walmart but get the Walgreens brand at Walgreens, taste like $%## so I put it in my smoothie, does not gas me like Miralax did
