I am just depressed. On the day of surgery I was 299. That was my goal I set for my surgery day. I started at 325 and I wanted to be at 300 on surgery day. I succeeded!! Which made me feel pretty good. I lost 17 more pounds on my post op liquid diet. Ever since I was put on soft food my weight loss has really slowed. I stalled for two weeks at week 3. When it broke I lost 13 pounds in 3 days. I then went back to losing one pound a day for 4 days then I suddenly dropped 4 pounds in one day. Now I am back to losing 1 pound every 2 days. I follow my diet and I work out 6 days a week. I am losing inches like it's nobodies business. I have dropped from a 26 to an 18/20 in 3 weeks. Can someone tell me why I'm not losing pounds. Will the pounds eventually catch up to the inches? I am really worried that I am not going lose anymore weight. I am 272 now I want lose 10 more pounds by Sept 10.
