This feeling was my most painful part of post surgery, you need to walk. Walk & walk & walk. It makes it move. I was so tired my days in hospital because I couldn't sleep from the gas pain, all I could do to relieve it was walk. The shoulder tip pain continued on & off for three weeks for me.

yes!! You have to get up and keep walking even though it hurts. Walk

now that's what I have is the gas in my shoulders and even after all the walking I still have it bad. Hopefully it let up soon

Ok thanks ladies!! I've been walking most of the day hopefully it will get better! But other then that all is well I'm on the liquid diet for the next 2 weeks so hopefully I'll have good luck with that!

Had surgery on 24th too. Felt great Friday when I was released but was very nauseous yesterday. Had buyers remorse couldn't get any clear protein drinks in. Started protein shakes today and feel much better now. Amazing what a difference a day makes.

Hang in there. We'll get through this :)
